Spirit of Play is committed to appropriately responding to all feedback and complaints made by members of our community. Our disputes and complaints policy is available from the office or under Policies on this website.
Feedback on our programs, events and staff is always welcome, as we continue to strive to improve our little school.
Should you have a complaint to make, as a first instance we recommend raising any issue you may have with the person in question, such as your child’s teacher or the Principal; however, we understand that at times this may be not be possible.
This form directs your feedback to the Office staff, who will lodge it in our feedback and complaints register and follow up the issue with the people involved.
